Gentle yoga integrated with meditation, healthy vegetarian food and our delicious Ayuvedic smoothies, this retreat will leave you feeling lighter, brighter and revitalized.  The retreat will be led by long-time yoga teacher and founder of the Yoga Tree, Areeradh and her guest teacher Kru Neil. Set in a beautiful Northern style (Lanna) wooden house, surrounded by spacious organic gardens about 30 min outside of Chiang Mai city. Our retreat location offers a space of calm and ease to help you slow down.
